Coupon is a document certifying that you have successfully fulfilled the payment and have the right to receive goods or services during the period of time which is indicated in the coupon.
To purchase the coupon:
• Press the button IMU/PERKU.
• Select the item you want to buy and the number of coupons.
• Enter your e-mail, where you will receive your coupon. If you would like to receive coupon number by SMS message, enter your phone number.
• If in the offer there is an ability to choose the place where you will be able to use your coupon, select the most suitable for you. Select how you would like to receive your item.
Get familiar with Beta.lt/taisykles and confirm that you agree with them.
• Select the method of payment:
- If you want to pay for a coupon via electronic banking services, select the logo of your bank and you will be redirected to bank website where you will make a payment.
- If you would like to pay for a coupon at Maxima or Perlas terminal, press on its logo and then payment order will appear on the website. With printed payment order you will have to make a payment at the chosen place.
Payment should be made as soon as possible, while the offer is still valid. The coupon will be sent to the indicated e-mail after the payment. If you only made a payment order, the coupons will not be reserved for you.
- You can also pay for a coupon using Paysera account. Just press on Paysera logo, make a payment and then you will receive your coupon directly to your e-mail.
-If you would like to pay using credit card, press on Credit Card logo and then you will be redirected to the website, where you must enter all the necessary information. Payment by credit card is completely safe, UAB Betamedia meets all safety requirements.
- If you would like to pay in installments, click on the logo of General Financing. Once the agreement is signed with UAB General Financing, the payment will be approved. Agreements are being concluded remotely, and after the agreement conclusion, the coupons are sent to indicated e-mail. You can purchase in installments, only from 50 euros.
• After the payment, coupons will be immediately sent to your e-mail. If you have indicated your phone number, you will receive coupon number by SMS message. Print the coupon received by e-mail. If the coupon number was received by SMS message - save it. When the coupons will start to be valid, you can use it (you must show your printed coupons to the seller of goods / services).
• If you would like to buy a product with a registered price (the price for registered users and not registered users is indicated in the website), you have to become a member.

• You can pay for a few coupons making one payment.
• Before making a payment, click "Add to cart". When all of your goods / services will be added to cart, click the button "Buy".
• Goods and services that are in the cart, but are unpaid, are not being reserved.

• You can receive gift certificate or discount code through various offers, during the holidays when we are giving additional discounts to our loyal customers.
• Gift certificate is valid for 6 months or until the date indicated on the certificate. You do not need to use all money amount of gift certificate during one purchase. You can use the amount through as many times, as you need.
• Gift certificate is not exchangable or refundable. If you will return your product / service coupon, for which you have payed using a gift certificate, we will make a refund you the gift certificate with the same amount of money you spent before.
• In order to use your gift certificate or discount code, pick an offer you like and click on "IMU/PERKU" button.
• You will have to enter your gift certificate number or discount code to the field labeled "Pritaikyti dovanų čekį / nuolaidos kodą" - do not forget to put a check mark next to this field. When the code will be entered, the money amount of your cart will be changed automatically.
If you would like to give coupon as gift to someone
• If you would like to buy a coupon as a gift, at the time of purchase, enter a greeting or indicate the person's name you would like to give the coupon. After entering this information, put a check mark on "Įrašykite sveikinimą". Greeting can be up to 250 characters.
• Once the payment will be made, we will send you two coupons to your e-mail: one normal coupon, and other - in a gift format. You will be able to use that coupon which would be more suitable for you.
You will be able to pick-up your goods while the coupon will be valid. When the goods will be delivered to selected place, you will receive an e-mail or SMS message. Delivery place cannot be changed.

I have ordered goods to be delivered to "Omniva" or "LPexpress". When will I able to pick-up my goods?
• If you have chosen to pick-up your goods at "Omniva" or "LPexpress" parcel machines, they will be delivered during the time when your coupon is valid. When the goods will be delivered, you will receive an e-mail and SMS message with a special code that you will have to enter in parcel machine, in order to withdraw your goods. Goods can only be withdrawed when this message will be received. You must pick-up your goods within 7 days since you have received a message with special code.
• You can return your coupons and get a refund within 14 days from the date you have purchased your coupons, or from the day your coupons started to validate, by filling the coupon return for, which you can find here: www.beta.lt/grazinimas
• You can only return a coupon which is unused.
• Please note that in accordance with LRS Civil Code 6.228 article provisions, these coupons cannot be replaced or returned: accommodation services, transport of goods services, car rental services, public catering services and leisure services. Equally, coupons for event tickets, movie tickets, discounts, subscriptions and digital content services are also non-refundable.
• The request for a refund may be filled only by the person who paid for the coupons. Refund is being paid within two weeks from the date that request for a refund was filled to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
I have received a good-quality item, which size, shape, color, completeness is not suitable for me and I would like to return it. What should I do?
• You can return your item if its shape, size, color or completeness is not suitable for you, within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you. Item myst be unused, undamaged and have good merchant appearance.
• Please note that in accordance to LRS Civil Code 6.228 article's provisions, these goods cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made goods, and goods which are clearly tailored to a particular customer;
- Packaged goods, which were unsealed after the delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear, corsets, linen, thighs, erotic goods, oral hygiene products and so on);
- Packaged audio or video recordings or packaged computer software which have been unsealed after the delivery;
• You can return your item, by dispatching it to the central warehouse (address: Savanorių pr.176 E, Vilnius). Please fill a return form, print it and send it along with your item by registered mail.
• When we will receive your item, we will pass it to quality assessment. If the item will be unused, undamaged and in a good merchant condition, your coupon will be canceled and we will refund your money within 14 days.
• When returning your item, you must provide a coupon number and all original documents that were attached to that item. Goods returned without the documents of payment, will not be accepted.
I have received a faulty item. What should I do?
• To ensure that you receive good-quality goods, please inspect them immediately after delivery and evaluate them. Later, an objective assessment of defect causes can be complicated, so the claim can be not accepted.
• If you have received an item, which has a factory defect, you can return it. You cannot return an item, if its defects are not objective and have been caused by the buyer or improper storage.
• If you have received a faulty product, please contact the seller or the warranty service immediately, whose contact information was indicated in your coupon. The product vendor (or warranty service) will identify the circumstances of the defect occurrence and if the circumstances will be objective, defects will be not caused by the buyer's fault, product will be replaced with high-quality product or money will be refunded within 14 days. The evaluation of the product's quality and repair/replacement can take up to four weeks.
• Each product's basic features are generally indicated in the deal's description. Certain goods are given a manufacturer's warranty which terms and other conditions are indicated in such deal's descriptions.
• The warranty does not apply:
- if the defect is due to buyer's fault for improper storage or usage of the product;
- if the damage was caused by natural disasters, fire, electrical discharge and domestic factors;
- if the damage was caused by entry of unauthorized things, materials, fluids, etc.;
- if the damage was caused the use of non-original consumables, accessories or any other non-original products to ensure the operation of the purchased good;
- if the failures were due to the buyer's software failure;
- if the purchased good has been mechanically or otherwise damaged, destroyed;
- if the warranty stickers, stickers with serial number were damaged;
- if the equipment has been repaired at non-authorized service center;
to software products and information which are not provided along with the product and are independently identified, stored and created by the user;
- to normally worn out parts of the product;
• When we will receive your item, we will examine indicated defects and if they have been caused not by the buyer, if possible, we will repair / replace your item within 30 days or we will refund your money.
• If the product is returned during the period of warranty, buyer agrees that if the examiner will identify that the claim for the defect is unreasonable or the disadvantages were cause by the fault of the buyer's improper use or storage of the product - all the examiner's investigation expenses shall be covered by the buyer.
• The request for a refund may be filled only by the person who paid for the coupons. Refund is being paid within two weeks from the date that request for a refund was filled to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
• When returning the good, it is necessary to provide the coupon number and all the original documents that were received along with the product.
My item broke down during the warranty period. Where should I apply?
• Product's, which has manufacturer's warranty, period of warranty is indicated in offer's conditions. Usually, due to the warranty, unless it is stated otherwise, you must apply to the seller whose contact information is indicated in the offer or coupon description.
